A reformer class designed for men who want to build strength, improve mobility and feel better in their bodies.
We focus on core strength, posture and improving flexibility in the hips, hamstrings and shoulders - areas that often get tight from sport, work or sitting too much.
No previous Pilates experience required. You don’t need to be flexible… that’s what we’re here to work on.
